I really wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the opportunity here at CCLA. I've learned so much in the last five weeks, and I'm excited to see what each day brings. I've grown to love these kids. Not only have I found myself having a great passion for their education, but also for their happiness and well-being in general. I've seen some real progress with many of the children I've been working with. I've learned that it's not as much a "day by day", but more of a "minute by minute" thing (living in the moment). I see so many success stories at this school. I attribute this not only to the students' thirst for knowledge, but with the staff who work so hard each and every day here. There's never a dull day at CCLA, and I really love that aspect of your school. Hopefully I can continue to help these children make strides and better themselves for their futures. Thank you for this amazing experience.
Thanks again - Mr. Fehrman
"When we first toured, we were impressed with the quality of teachers and the warm, positive environment. As the year has progressed, everything has surpassed our expectations. Not only are the teachers incredible - the entire staff is the best. The educational opportunites are terrific - I cannot believe how much my child has learned and he feels safe and loved! It was the best decision we ever made - my four year old will start next fall - we can't wait. Thank you CCLA!"

"The learning doesn't stop in the classroom, rather a community has formed where learning takes place from not just me but from student to student outside of the classroom ... We are a community, a family, a support system, educators, and role models for all of our students. It is the above that sets CCLA apart from other schools. I am so excited for what the last few weeks of school brings and find myself constantly looking forward to what the future brings for myself, the students and CCLA as a whole."

Mary,
I wanted to thank you again for your efforts in making yesterday happen. Although a few of the students got restless here and there due to the length, I felt that the group did extremely well overall and was very attentive. They asked a number of questions during part two and a number of them came up afterwards to shake my hand and thank me. I had a great discussion with your AV man during lunch (his name eludes me). I left copies of the quote sheet with him for your to copy and give to the students. I was very impressed with your staff overall.
I also wanted to tell you that from years of visiting schools, I usually pick up a "sense" or a "feeling" about a school when I am there. The feeling I picked up yesterday was extremely positive. I didn't sense any anger issues or the "chip on the shoulder syndrome" that I sometimes detect in students. I sensed a positive, respectful attitude among your students that was refreshing and welcoming. This is a tribute to your efforts and those of your teachers and staff.

'I want to thank you for EVERYTHING you have done to make my twins ready for the next level in there lives. They have learned and are still learning so much. I am so amazed and overall excited about their progress. CCLA was a great choice for all my children. The communication through emails were awesome, I think it’s important for teachers to be able to communicate with parents through emails'

"Devin loves CCLA. He enjoys going to school and has excelled in Mrs. Radcliffe's classroom. We could not have asked for a better teacher. She obviously loves her job and deeply cares for the children. You can't ask for a better environment for you child to grow and learn in. The children have built valuable relationships with each other in the classroom which is displayed through their kindness and affection towards one another. I am amazed that Devin seems to know all the teachers within the school and they all know him.
Sincerely,
Nadine Dassier
Mrs. D, WONDERFUL! I don't know what we would do without you all. We love you dearly. I hope you have a wonderful week as well. Thank you so much!
